Yoko is a design magician! She has an exquisite design sense and the patience to work with any customer, no matter how demanding. Her design aesthetic is clean and modern but she is able to accommodate any style, all with good taste. She helped us with lots of projects in the building of our Lindal cedar home. We love clean lines and modern, mid-century design but don’t have the discipline to live comfortably in a truly streamlined environment. Our new home is a rustic, cozy contemporary house with lots of wood. Our kitchen is an inspired, organic design that functions beautifully and is the centerpiece of our home’s open floor plan. Yoko designed and oversaw the construction of a mudroom, kitchenette, master bathroom, and various other projects as well as our amazing kitchen, all to accommodate retired owners with some mobility problems. The tile designs in the master bath and the kitchen are truly stunning and unique. And yes, she did a fair amount of hand holding during the three-year duration of house construction. Yoko’s designs are truly inspired and unique to each customer’s needs and desires, and it is a joy to work with her.
